Bad experience

I booked this bus last week Thursday 8th July 2021. Bus was suppose to leave @ 18:30, got an sms that it's delaying and will leave at 19:15. The bus arrived past 9pm and no explanation why the bus is late. On Sunday 11th July our bus was suppose to leave @15:05, when I get to Cofimvaba waiting for the bus. Taxi drivers told us to go in Queenstown to catch the bus. Had to pay R200 to get to the station only to find out the bus is delaying and no sms was sent. Bus arrived at 8pm and after we passed Takastad the bus got stucked and we were told there's a problem with breaks we must wait for the mechanic which never arrived. We slept on the bus and one of the passengers called the office and they promised that the bus will arrive and they will give us refreshments. The bus arrived at 12:30 and no refreshments were given to the passengers. Arrived at cape Town at 00:00 and didn't even care how we get home. Such a bad service from the staff and they don't even wanna refund clients their money so that you can book another bus. People will get unpaid leaves due to negligence of these people. This company must close business.
