Bad bus service

Terrible service. 15th of December what's worse is that we didn't even get on the actual APM bus instead they got us a small bus that left late and had to turn back because they left people behind( who were late) . I had such high expectations but wow this is so disappointing I wish to get my refund bac**** Johannesburg to Durban
