Bad bad Service.

First of all, what a ****ty company that does not respect it's customers or have any proper management. Booked a APMwc bus from Jhb to East London ,when we got to park station we were put in a bus that was so dirty, squeaky chairs, have no space basically it's not a long distance friendly bus the name was Kulamazoo. This was the most uncomfortable trip ever, the excuse was they were overbooked but how do you still sell tickets knowing you don't have enough APMWC busses and couldn't they have hired a sleep liner or something more comfortable unlike the shack they gave us that had no charging point, aircon or toilet.

In future even if the bus tickets were R2, I wouldn't buy and I'll make sure that I advise people not to book this bus because this is something they always do.
