Bad Bad Bad Service

If I will in my life travel with APM Bus The service is very very poor.. First we were supposed to leave in Pretoria at 4pm but guess what we left at about 4:20pm and that time I got there 3 hours earlier.. not only that.. we were told to get in another bus that's not going to Capetown but it will only drop us at some garage where will get our Bus before joburg... We then had to wait for 1hr30min at Colesburg garage 1hr30min for another bus and exchange..There was nothing wrong with the bus.. imagine we have luggages what will happen if 1 can forget something because of that upside down thing... I've used buses before this is my first bad experience and I won't even recommend a friend here the service is just Bad...

No one cared to explain to us as customer's what was happening.

We are supposed to be in Capetown at 12:45 I guess we will get there at 5pm. The service Sucks shame
