Bad APM buss service.

This bus service company, has extremely poor service. We have been sitting for more than 6 hours waiting for a bus to Cape Town. The was a cancellation at 5 we had to wait for 8 o’clock bus which it was delaying about an hour. From Queenstown if it was a client that was delaying with such hours, they wouldn’t even refund. I wish I could do a video for this experience which I am about to take and ask people how do they feel about this bus service.
