Appauling service

What are a disgusting and appauling service service l got from these ****mers.l bought a ticket from joburg to Port Elizabeth which was meant to depart at 5:30 PM but never pitched till 22:00pm.No explanation was given and the head office in Cape town is also useless as they kept on saying they don't know what's happening. Fellow human beings stay away from this company and they don't even deserve to be called a bus company...sies lm so angry...
