Appalling services from APM - bus did not pitch

I booked the APM bus for the 29th March from George to East London. It was supposed to leave George Station at 01:10am and the bus never arrived. I waited till 04:10am in the rain. This bus service has absolutely no regard for the safety of their customers. After struggling to get hold of someone from their call centre, they could not even give a reasonable explanation as to why the bus did not arrive. No sms no phone call nothing. I should be home with my family for Good Friday but I’m still stuck in George and i was told they will “try” to get me into a bus that leaves tonight. Such appalling service from this company never booking this nonsense again.
