Appalling Services APM services

Hi my name is Jen Dawraj and my 74yr old mum has had a very traumatizing experience. Booked to leave at Park side station 21rs Dec for departure at 9pm but bys got there at around 11pm. Left the station and then brakes down. I called my mum and she was screaming to help her. My uncle had to search for the bus and care for her. The next bus comes after 2am. The passengers were sitting outside and obviously was not safe for them. The bus leaves Joburg after 2 and still brakes down all the way to Pmb. My mum without food or water nor rest. I was told to be at the Durban station by 10am the 22nd, the bus was broken down again. Finally a taxi was there and my.mum paid another R300 to get her to Durban but the driver dropped her off at the Harbor. I pray that this bus service be removed from the system as this is not acceptable. My mum is so old and to go through such an odeal. People reading this review, please consider reputable bus services. A definite NO NO NO to APM services.
