I booked and paid online for a bus ticket from – BLOEMFONTEIN TO CAPE TOWN ON 02-03-2025 at 18:50. On the same day at 16:00, I received an SMS saying the Bus departure time had been changed to 01:50 AM on the following day (03-03-2025).

SINCE I PLANNED THE TRIP, I COULD NOT GET HOLD OF THEIR RESERVATION OFFICE AS I COULD NOT AFFORD TO BE DELAYED TO 03-MAR-2025 AT 01:50, AS I HAVE PLANNED AN INTERVIEW AT 11:00 AM, 03-MAR-2025 IN CAPE TOWN.

I NEED MY REFUND MONEY OF THE TICKET IT FAILED TO HONOUR THE TIME AND DATE. I CAN PROVIDE THE TICKET NUMBER AND AMOUNT PAID FOR THE REFUND.....THIS APN BUS SERVICE HAS ALWAYS TENDENCY TO PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS AND CAUSING THEIR LIVES ON RISK
