APMWC Shocking Service

The lady at Checkers where I booked actually told me how unreliable this APMWC bus is ,but I thought aarggghh let me give them a benefit of the doubt ,anyway I booked for travelling from JHB to Durban tonight,22 Dec 2023 at 21h00

It's 13h58 ,just got an SMS ,see below: Dear APMWC PASSENGER please note the bus will load at boomgate park station bus entrance gate, please wait by the ST JOHN greenboard we will announce there, due to duplication of services there will be extensive delay n we will load per stop not time. your patience will be appreciated.

Been trying to call dololo, website no luck

How on earth as a female travelle do I go wait on the streets of Johannesburg,when we all know how unsafe it is ,worse I want to cancel because I cannot risk my life like this

Now I'm stuck , obviously have lost my money bcoz I have to try book something else ,where I will feel safe
