APMWC BUS POOR SERVICE

Its my first time using the bus but sana I have never had to wait 10hours for bus due to delay bear in mind I am traveling with my child who is 3years old, I am beyond furious shame. The bus was suppose to have arrived at 19:00pm Saturday at Greenacres MacDonald but guess what it arrived at 2:45am. They only sent a communication at 19:45pm saying "Dear valued passenger please note that your bus is now leaving King Williams Town." The communication was late and there was no apology in what so ever, they did not even say how long the bus will take to arrive, we had to wait like blind mice. They never sent any communication after that, remember we were sitting outside of MacDonald in the cold with children at night. Once the bus arrived at 2:45am my child did not have a sit phofu I paid full amount for her so that she can have a sit but I had to put her on my lap, I was so uncomfortable. I want refund shame and I am never using the bus ever again the experience I had with them it's bad.
