APMWC bus poor service.

Hi guys,

I regret booking APMWC bus ticket and I will never again. I waited for this APMWC bus that is from Mosselbay to uMthatha since yesterday 09 July 2024 at 9:00pm til now guys 10 July 2024 the time is 10:18 as I'm writing this message. Mind you me, I arrived at bus station(voorbaai shell garage) at approximately 19:15pm. They didn't send me even one message or call, I tried calling them for the whole night they didn't pickup their phone. Til now guys no message no call and not even one bus of APMWC arrived.

APMWC bus office I need my money guys please. Please guys help me get my money back.
