APMC BUS SERVICE

The most horrifying service we received. On 18 December, we booked a bus to Durban and it was scheduled for 21h00. Bus arrived 22h30 and it was not their usual bus but 2 small busses that looked like they were snatched out from s**** yard. Seats not cushioned, Jst the cold steel frames. Imagine the trip in such uncomfortable state. No info /update from anyone, no apologies whatsoever. Even now I'm not sure if passengers reached their destination safely. The service is appalling, I wud never use that bus again and won't even recommend it to anyone no matter how cheap the price 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
