APM- Worst Trip

I booked my return tickets on the 24th Nov 22 for my Tsolo trip, on the day of my return they call me from *** their call Centre telling that the will not be picking me from the stop I booked I should travel two towns to get my bus at 17h00 my booked stop was for 16h00 so I had to pay R 150 more and rush to the Mt Frere to catch the bus, at 11H00pm the bus broke down in Peter Maritzburg and the drivers told us that the mechanic is on the way but no one came until the morning, they did not send another bus to come fetch us on the morning of the 28th we as the passengers managed to get a number of anther driver from APM travelling from DBN and we asked if he can pick us up which he agreed and eventually came around 12h30 and had space for 13 people out of 47 passengers , we also had passengers with children from the age of 8 months when we called the numbers on the on their website they don't exist an the emergency numbers on our tickets were not being answered. *** no answer,*** no answer,*** no answer *** on the website does not exist. When the bus from DBN arrived the younger driver wanted to beat one lady from our bus because he did not want her on the bus. We left other passengers there in PMB I don't know what happened to them( hope they made it home) This was the worst trip evet PM does not care about their passengers they care about the money, please investigate this company before it kills innocent people
