APM won't pay me back

I booked an APM bus for this past Wednesday,they called to say the bus has been cancelled and I will be refunded,I have made calls and texted them using their WhatsApp number which they said I should use to send them my reference,which I did,every time I call no one is able to tell me when I will get my refund,I had to book another bus to go back home and to this day no indication has been given as to when I will be paid.
