APM WC terrible customer service

The worst service ever! Had a booking with them on 13th January. Bus never showed up. Had to book with another bus service. APM refuse to give a refund! They said they can give a voucher, but that also never happened. You struggle to get hold of them through any form of communication. I will definitely never use this service again!
