APM WC BUS

This is the worst Bus ever, my advise don't use it. I'm traveling from Bloem to East London the bus was supposed to leave at 00:40, they sent an sms around 8pm saying the bus was 2 hours late. In the sms they gave a contact number and an email address to contact them. I arrived the bus station at 2 am, it's now 4:30 am and no bus has arrived. I called their contact number countless times and no answer. I have sent an email and no response nor acknowledgement.
