APM USELESS BUS EVER!! NEED MY REFUND

They made us travel to a stop that is far from everyone. 33km away then bus didn't pitch. It was scheduled at 17:00 then communicate there's gonna be delay,it's gonna arrive at 19:55. It's now 03:42,the bus didn't show.
