APM unprofessional, ****** and *******. Never to be trusted

We booked a bus from Jhb to Cot after attending a funeral when we arrived for check-in we where informed that the bus was now cancelled. No prior communication was given and not even an earlier notice. We were told that we would be reimbursed at a later date. This was on 23rd September 2019. Now we had to find other means to go home after having no money due to us coming from a funeral.

We have spent so much money, time and resources trying to get the funds. At first they said they will transfer within 48hrs and we still do not have the funds. The call center never answers calls and should you spend at least everyhour trying to call they answer at about 4pm and tell you system is offline. We even went to their ticket office with no luck or assistance. We were referred to a Ntsako by the legal team and he had not answered our correspondences. When approached by the legal team, that is when he finally responded but still with nothing constructive. Safe yourself the time, energy and for sure safety and NEVER book this bus. I am a 69 year old man and my wife 65 and this has been a great inconvenience and a horror show. Never again will we book this bus and we will not stop until we get our money back.
