APM the worse bus service

How I wish I have read the reviews before I booked the bus I had a very terrible experience with the APM bus service. The bus was soo late we waited for almost 2 hours for the bus that was supposed to arrive at 9:00 but ended up arriving at 10:50 and we were waiting outside it was cold and raining I mean they did tell us to wait at the Boomgate via message earlier that day…the seats were uncomfortable Additionally, Disappointed with the service and considering alternative transportation option.
