APM should just close shop!

A bus was booked for April the 5 from Butterworth to Johannesburg. The pick up time was 16:20. To our surprise APM decided to send Kalamazoo to do the pick-up and no communication was sent to us customers or clients who bought tickets. The biggest disgrace is,the Kalamazoo bus that was sent for the pickup had a hand sign. No calls,no SMSs sent to communicate the mess they have done. THIS ***** COMPANY SHOULD JUST CLOSE...It has run its course. We left people standing and waiting for the bus there. Now tell me,what will people without a car or transport do at this time of the day because now it's 18:12. APM you one rich failure and you careless of the people who put food on your table.
