APM refusing to refund my money

Justin Mnkandla and your mapharas and ******* buses.What a disgusting and appauling service you have.Booked a bus to depart at 19:25pm to EL on the 24th of December it never came.Slept over the bus station till 25th 23:00 .I slept on the tar in Bellville mispel road waiting for your filthy buses and still no show.No calls no sms to notify delay or anything.The audacity for you to refuse to give me my money back(refund),telling me you can only give me your a voucher to use for your taxis .why would I want your services again.Your company is *** I want my money back
