APM - POOR...POOR RUDE SERVICE

I have kids, youngest is 10 months old. The bus was supposed to depart at 17h30, now it is 19h20, still no sign of the bus. No communication or whatsoever. And your office/contact centre is as useless, your consultants are rude. Sies as if I didnt pay R600/person, which is not even cheaper than other carriages. No matter how desperate you are, NEVER book this bus and whoever is responsible for issuing permits for these busses, something is not right. Department of Transport need to look at the body that regulates these busses, for I hear their busses are not road worthy as well. Why such businesses operating on our road, is human life that less important. I just wanna cancel and they must just refund my money, and my kids are not getting into a bus that is going to East London when I booked a bus going to PE and got a confirmation that there is a bus available today. I will make noise and use whatever resource I have to bring APM to book. This is utter nonsense and disrespectful...and their damn illiterate call centre people have a decency to drop the phone.on the customers, the very same people that make it possible for them to have food on the table, how pathetic... to the one Tumisang Kgoboesele who established this bus service in 2014, was this your vision, are you proud and do your customers matter to you
