APM poor transport services

APMWC bus with the registration LX***XGP that was suppose to depart from King Williams Town (Qonce) on the 1st January @15:35, was late by 4 hours to the pickup point , when the bus arrived around 8pm the drivers did not even apologies to passangers nd seemingly he didnt even know what time was the bus suppose to arive for pick up.....now that we almost in Cape Town , they informing a passanger who is suppose to be getting off by the Paarl shell garage (bus stop) , that they didnt take the N1 route that would have led them to Paarl route , they then asked the passanger to get off at belville and ask another bus (intercape) to take the passanger to Paarl bus stop / take that passanger to the paarl taxi and pay for him . The transportation services for APM is extremely poor , and its costing passangers alot of stress , emotionally and physically . i would never book this bus again
