Apm nightmare

Booked a trip to Johannesburg From Queenstown with APM only to be told a few hours before departure that “ Important APMWC DEPARTURE NOTICE - Kindly anticipate a BLUE KHALAMAZOO Branded Bus Operated By APMWC for Today's service. We apologize for any inconvenience. Regards APMWC *** *** https://apmwc.bookings.ratality.com”

The bus was 1hour 15min late. Upon arrival the condition of the bus was very questionable, however I decided to see this trip through. During our trip I realised the aircon ports do not work, multiple seats were broken, the bus was dirty and when I thought I experienced the worst, it started raining and the bus roof was leaking. I kid you not having to avoid being wet using toilet paper was just the last straw.

I highly do not recommend using Apm neither Khalamazoo bus services. They are unreliable, unprofessional and simply lack the basic skills of customer satisfaction.
