APM never pitched and I lost my money because of their fault.

I bought a bus ticket at PNP from Pretoria to Cape Town the bust was written Bosman train station to Cape town station. My bus was suppose to leave at 16:00 by 1:30 I was there since I lost my phone. I went straight to their offices in Pretoria and I was told that they dont have offices their buses where banned. I lost my money that way I spent 4 hours doing up and down and I was shown where they pick people but that day they never came. I went to their office and I was told that they called me and they used Delta coaches I went to delta coaches more than 5 time that day and I was told at Delta's office that they have nothing to do with APM. I am warning you guys you need to check other buses before you consider APM and they dont refund people at all at their fault.
