APM must close down they are incapable

On the 11/02/2025 i booked APM bus from Queenstown to Cape town,bus was supposed to leave queenstown on the 12/02/2024 at 19:00 not them not showing up When i got to the station i found people whom some said they slept on the station

I called them telling that i cant afford hours of delay Iam writing this still at the station nothing is moving its been more than an hour saying the bus is at Shell garage mind you shell is only 10min away from the station

APM is inconsiderate they dont value people
