APM must close down!!!!!!

I have never been this hurt , APM is really something else not even sure why is this componey not closing down , i have purchsed 3 tickets for 21 Feb 2025 the bus was supposed to departched at 17:00 and only to find out the bus will only be leaving around 20:00 this is so not on , i will never ever agian , even if this bus can be 5c , and the said part they dont even refind your money instead a voucher that is valid for 3 years why would i even eant to travel with this bus again , yerrrr.......
