APM Licence be reviewed

Those white busses they use are old and are supposed to be taken out and their rackless drivers. On the 26th Dec 2021 we were going to East London from Park station . The buss was raining that we were wet and the driver was rackless I don't know how many times we screamed at then of their bad driving in the rain.
