APM is one unreliable company.

On the 28 September 2023 I booked an APM bus that was scheduled to depart Durban at 21:00 to Johannesburg. However when I reach the Durban station it was rather disappointing to find out that we were no longer taking the APM bus but, the Kalamazoo bus. Moreover, we were told to move out from the station with our heavy luggages because the bus was outside the station premises.

To this point I feel cheated and highly inconvenienced, because under no circumstance would I have booked Kalamazoo bus. I only booked the APM because there are (or rather they used to be) a well trusted courier company. Nothing was communicated to us with regards to any changes, this goes on to show us how least important we are into their company.

Hence for this reason, I would like to terminate my relationship with APM Bus services and I would discourage anyone planning to use their services because they are simply unreliable, unless they change the way they do business. Misleading customers is a serious offence according to the Consumer Act, they could even lose their license.

Please do better.
