APM is ****ming people

I booked a bus for my wife & Kid on the 14th of December 2023 from Dbn to Jhb & something came up so we had to cancel by calling APM & they gave us a voucher number since they don't offer refund.They said the voucher is valid for 12 months.On the 24th of Feb 2024 we tried calling them since my family wants to travel and their number doesn't & they don't reply to emails.An employee at one of the retail shop advices that my family can take their luggage with the voucher number and that APM will help them only to find out that APM bus do not exist anymore and now she had to buy two tickets which cost a fortune.So this company is ****ming people because they take our money yet they know that they do not operate anymore.Can ENCA assist us in exposing this company.
