APM is a ****ty with poor service and they are unprofessional

After postponing departure time for four hours. The bus is now stuck in Paarl because it's full and there's people waiting to get in, but there's no space. The people who had no space called the cops, we are held here until there's a solution for those waiting outside. The driver supposedly called the boss to come sort this out. It's over an hour and the boss hasn't arrived. So we all waiting here with the cops. This bus is the pits, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. DO NOT BOOK APM EVER. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.
