APM HORRIBLE SERVICE

i BOOKED a return ticket with them, we where made to wait outside park station in a place with nothing to cover us and it was raining and the bus was 5 hours late. for the return ticket , we received smses that the time for the bus has changed , then few hours after we were told the the bus was cancelled with no solution to say when the bus will be availble or how we should claim our money back, its been 2 days since , no explanation and they are not picking up the phone.
