APM Busses ripping the commuters off!

<p>I booked an APM bus ticket in April 2017 and it was canceled due to strike,they gave me a voucher which had a penalty fee? I took the voucher the call centre consultant advised it was going to expire in 12 months,I called on Thursday 10/08/2017 and I was told by Bulelwa the contact centre agent that my voucher has expired the bus service decided to change the expiry date to 3 months and the amazing part is that nobody was notified as she said.I want my money all of it with that penalty that was charged and I am never going to use this bus again,their are ******* who are robbing the poor citizens of their hard earned money!</p>
