APM BUSSES

I travel with APM busses because of the time they leave, I was traveling to Umthatha from Pretoria on the 04th of October 2018, the bus was suppose to be at Umthatha at 9am on the 05th but no I was there at 20:00 and had to get off by my cousins house cause there was no way I could travel home cause it was very late, what I do not understand the busses that do long distance they do not get service before they take that number of people? The bus that got stuck at 4am and no mechanic that was sent to come and check it or another bus to come and take us at least up until around past 3pm that was really not fair for the big company like that to treat the passengers and worse same thing happened my brother was using the same bus on the 05th and the bus got stuck again like I do not understand what is the problem with these busses and the people that are suppose to make sure that they are roadworthy and can take so many lives inside, I am not using APM busses anymore because I feel like they don't care about their passengers.
