APM buses Rob people of money , by overcharging people their luggage

I was travelling to east London from Cape town, I had three suit cases and two bags, I was unbelievably charged R500, that is ridiculous. They make their tickets cheap and then they know they Rob people money from their luggage. Their buses are old and unserviced, and never on time. Never ever taking this bus again .
