APM BUSES MUST BE REMOVED FROM BUS SERVICES. THEY F&*^%EN SUCK

Good Morning

My story is as I had sent an email to APM as below. No response on email nor phone:

On the 25th April 2024, my wife (Zolelwa Pangeni) booked a ticket to Fort Beaufort from Johannesburg Park Station. The bus never arrived and they ended up leaving by taxis that dropped them in Umtata, after you had sent below messages to the passengers:

“Dear APMWC passenger please note all our services are delaying due to operational reasons, please note the management is working on the issue, update to follow. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

Regards APMWC ***” This was at 19H21

“Dear APMWC Passengers, please note due to unforeseen circumstances we unfortunately have to postpone tonight operations to tomorrow, we'll send further details tomorrow morning. Management is working on the issue. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Regards Apmwc ***” This was at 22H36

I must emphasize the risk that they were exposed to. In this regards, we’d like that she be refunded fully (R320.00), and we demand an apology for your unprofessionalism displayed. We went to Shoprite where we bought the ticket and they told us to contact you (APM Buses).***
