Apm buses 👎.

On the 14th of June 2022, was supposed to go to JHB from laingsburg WC. I waited for their bus at shell garage from 20h30 to 23h30 , while I was waiting I received SMS stating that the bus will be late with an hour. I waited for more that three hour's in the cold weather outside the garage. The bus passed by after three hours left me standing there in the cold. I made a plan of taking lifts to JHB arrived the following morning at JHB Park Station went to their offices for refund they told me that their policy does not allow them to refund people, immediately call their office in CPT they took my details and say they will do something (payback) never call back always when I call them their phone is engaged. Please assist me in getting my money and all cost of taking lifts from Laingsburg to JHB.
