APM bus, what a bad traveling experience

I arrived at a departure point at 16:00 for a 16:30 departure. The APM bus only arrived at about 18:00, stopped for 1 minute and left without checking on us. I had to chase the bus to Park Station, and at the APM counter I did not receive a professional treatment and theirs tellers telling me that the bus waited for us for too long. Imagine I had to chase the bus and then stand at the back of the queues at Park for a bus I could have boarded much earlier. It’s not the first time, take APM bus at your own risk.
