APM BUS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I'm not actually giving even 1star rating. APM bus (Africa People Mover) Worst bus on planet earth. Negligent inexperienced drivers and Ops or Safety staff. My mother got burnt in this bus, drivers don't do nothing..not even call emergency. No accountability on anyone...mom in hospital today is day 6...i have to arrange flight for her return to a private burn unit in Jhb...empty promises from bus staff all weekend no one went to check my mom in hospital to assess the conditions they keep giving us excuses after excuse.....if I had seen all these bad reviews I wouldn't have ever booked her this nonsense. When I enquire about assistance for mom I get asked if its 3rd degree burns??? The nauseating audacity. WHY IS THIS BUS ON THE ROAD? MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ..PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING WITH THIS BUS. The staff is very arrogant yet admit negligence but don't offer a way forward. When I ask about their insurance details I get told its confidential info...hello my mom got injured in your stupid bus!!!!
