APM BUS Slow Cooking Torture

If there was a 0 rating, I would put it. Worst experience of my travel. I experienced the same thing with the same bus on Friday 16 Oct and again today. The bus number is 036 PRT/DBN. The bus air-conditioning system is not working, I complained to the driver and the assistant on Friday and they said it will be fixed. To my unfortunate experience, I am on the same bus today and my back is sweating badly. I am definitely sure this is ******* as it is against Health and safety Regulations, there are no windows on this bus, it's full whiles it is without air-conditioning
