APM Bus servics a disgrace

Upon arrival at Park Station, at (26 July 2018 @ 20.45), I was met by the longest line. Thinking that I have 15 minutes before the APM bus to arrive, nothing. No bus showed until one of their employees who works for the company then came to us, after 40 minutes of waiting, and addresses everyone, telling us that their buses have been revoked due to them not being in good condition.

I am 6 months pregnant, with a 9 month old baby with me at the time. It was cold and very frustrating that we have to wait for Lord knows how long for another bus that they supposedly hired to arrive and take us to our destination.

I am vey disappointed in the service that we've received from this Travel agency. All the other bus companies have long gone, and we're stilll stuck here in Park Station. The bus finally arrived 2 hours later at 23:15. I am appalled
