APM bus services is nonsense

Never ever use this bus for transportation. They have worse service ever, Nqobile who is working in PMB station was so rude to me, after they cancelled the shuttle at 9 and booked us with another company, and they never explain that City to City works together with Translux hence I was left by the transport. In my frustration I went back to enquiry about the bus being late only to be told that it not their problem I should sort myself out. Rudeness at it highest level
