APM bus services do not care about their customers

They have another customer. I will never ever in my life use this bus, their service is bull and they don't have customer care at heart. I have tonsils as i am typing because the entire trip we were in the freezer. Apparently the onwers knew about the problem but refused to fix their aircon. Everyone was freezing including the drivers. From Capetown to Johannesburg everyone was wide awake. On a separate trip, my experienced bad service too. Their coach had a breakdown and they slept on the road for almost 10 hours because they don't have 24/7 service to cater for such emergencies, so their offices were closed and the drivers couldn't get anyone on the phone until the next day. I wish the government can intervene and shut them down because ourlives are at risk here and no one cares.
