APM bus services

I was travelling by 18h00 bus from Cape Town station to Umtata for 12Hoo interviews and on the ticket it promised to arrive at 09hoo the next day. On our way we only stopped once at Beaufort West and we never stopped again for refreshments and when we were at Queenstown we asked ther driver and he told us that he said we can go out at Queenstown station of which non of us at the back heard that and we as women were most unfortunate because by then we saw men going out to relieve themselves. Then the bus went to Depo to refill and that is out of town where it also consumed time and from there it went back to town and that is when we started to shout until the driver said he is going to fetch Butterworth people that he dropped and has first go there before going to Mthatha. We then said why don't they give these people money to travel on their coz they were only four of them, he never rep**** and continued with his journey. If l can explain the way that bus was going, a tractor is much better than it in steep areas and we were stopping in between refilling it water bcoz it is heating and even when gears are being changed you feel something is not right whether is a driving shaft or the bolts are not tight we were not sure. We only arrived at Mthatha by 15h15 and l did not go for interviews not bcoz there was a traffic or road blocking nothing.This bus was even turned back by taxi owners after passing Tsomo as we were also not happy by it going to Butterworth so we faced that struggle. I feel that APM must do something about my loss bcoz l just travelled for nothing.
