APM Bus Services. I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I experienced on 31 May 2025 while traveling on route from King Williams Town to Johannesburg which arrived very late from the scheduled arrival time. These arrived at 19h00 instead of 18h00. The driver and his assistants were very unprofessional and rude, which made my journey unpleasant. Specifically, the driver and his assistants - "spoke rudely to passengers. - "the bus was dirty," "the air conditioning was not working," - "the driver did not provide adequate assistance to passengers. - They collect money from passengers to weigh their luggages which was not properly communicated when we booked the bus. I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.
