APM bus services

I will NEVER ever use the APM bus.I am in the bus now from Mthatha to Johannesburg and I'm having the worst experience.The driver is driving like a maniac,people are complaining and there are kids in the bus.I am trying to get hold of them to report the driver but their call center number is not going through..i feel soo unsafe and i will be stuck in this bus until 6am.They do not even stop for refreshments.Never again!
