APM Bus service worst in history

Delay in departure by 3 hours and rude bus drivers that refuse to speak English. I suspect the 2 drivers were drunk and was changed in Mosselbay. Waited hours for replacement drivers. No toilet on the bus. This bus service is worse then SA Roadlink. They must be taken off the road immediately.
