APM bus service, POOR service

on 22 December 2023 my family was booked to travel to Durban with APM, 9pm bus, we arrived at park station at 6h30, we received an SMS informing us that APM collect their passengers outside park station bus terminal and we must wait at the ST John's, there was no announcement whenever APM busses came we had to run to the buses soon as it appeared ask the driver the destination of the bus. Since 6h00 PM there were no busses to Durban, +-15 busses were going to the Eastern Cape, we waited until 12h15pm when an old old bus came and we were told its going to Durban , the bus it did not even have luggage space, no toilet, with old plastic seats. Another APM bus came and we had to rush to that one, but we could not enter as there was stamped at the entrance, there's was old people who were trying to push their way inside the situation was bad, we waited until around 1am when 2 buses came, also old with no toilets but because we were tired and hungry my family which consisted of my mom who is 74, her sister who is 68 and husband. The service from APM is disgusting inhumane, this bus must be discontinuing/ banned or only operate the Eastern Cape router.
