APM Bus Service non existing ****ming our people

I booked this bus in November already as a return for our Helper on the 2nd of January from Uitenhage to Johannesburg. On the day it was supposed to depart to Johannesburg they send a text message stating that the bus is canceled due to Taxi ************. No date or time when it's rescheduled for. I tried to contact them on numerous occasions via email and landlines without success. Eventually when the phone was answered the agent told me the bus has been rescheduled to Monday the 8th but he refused to give me more information and dropped the phone. Fast forward today is the 8th,no answering of phones, no response to email. Took the chance and told our helper to wait at location since 15h00 as it was noted on the ticket that the bus will depart 18h30 Unfortunately no sign of the bus as yet and I don't think there will be any sign of this bus anytime soon or later. Computicket refuse to refund saying APMWC does not refund which leaves me to believe that they running some sort of **** with this so called bus service. No wonder their busses are getting burned in the Western Cape... Your evil deeds and how you **** and putting people's lives in danger will catch up with you. Hellopeter please help in exposing these people so they can stop ****ming our South African citizens 🙏😭
